Developed the USAID toolkit to address Gender-Based Violence in Agriculture and Market Systems development programs, conducted country-level gender analysis in Ghana, Bangladesh, and Peru, develop and facilitated virtual series on how to use evidence approaches to work on women empowerment with the private sector, provided leadership on development of global guidance to pilot and roll-out the GBV toolkit. Provide day-to-day project and financial management, lead client relationships, ensure quality control and adherence to government regulation.Also serve as Gender Technical Lead to USAID’s DEVELOP contract which provides organizational support to USAID’s GenDev Office. Supported the consultation and revision process for the 2023 USG Gender Policy and the 2023 USAID GBV Policy.
