I assist in developing our company marketing strategy, including brand development, website development, and coordinate company events.

Founded in 1991, Oakwood Homes has invested over two decades in building beautifully functional new homes in Colorado, Nebraska, and Utah. My responsibilities included: • Provided support to President and CEO/Founder with special projects • Assisted with daily budgeting, customer relations, and reporting for Land Development, Customer Care, and Sales Departments• Collaborated with Human Resources Department with on-boarding of new employees • Supported Marketing Department with all employee appreciation events

With an eye toward the changing culture of our population and the future of business, CWCC awards scholarships, introduces young women to career ideas, raises funds for programs that help women change their lives, and rewards vision and innovation in the workplace. My responsibilities in the organizations included planning, budgeting, and conducting several large events for the members including luncheons, workshops, and galas. I also assisted in building and promoting membership engagement for current and potential members through various phone calls and networking events.

The Boettcher Foundation was created in 1937 by two of Colorado’s pioneering businessmen, Claude K. Boettcher and his father, Charles. It was a dream of Claude’s to use his wealth to give back to his native state and its people. As he once said, “My father and I have been successful in Colorado, and we owe everything to this state. I am firmly of the belief that I can’t take it with me. But it’s a hard task to give it wisely.” The two men focused the Foundation’s giving on grants distributed exclusively within the state to benefit Colorado citizens and its important institutions. Today, the Boettcher Foundation continues to invest in Colorado “minds and mortar” through our Scholarship Program for Colorado high school seniors and by helping build community infrastructure through capital grants to outstanding nonprofits. At the organization, I promoted and built relationships with previous and current scholars through various phone calls and networking events. I also planned, budgeted, and conducted scholar events including orientation and a recognition dinner for teachers.
