Manage content of the entire website: write, commission and edit all articles and blog posts. Write all copy and hover overs.Research the latest news about the industry to write about it and share with the child care community.Manage all social media accounts and communities. Create and maintain social media plans and campaigns.Continuously learning and using the content management system (CMS) DotNetNuke (DNN) to administer, enhance and configure the website.

Managed and coordinated several international teams. These teams included: Legal, Backoffice, Marketing and Sales, Editorial, Development and a Steering Committee of Executives to ensure a new product is launched successfully. Coordinated and drove decisions with the vendor as we designed and developed the product.

Managed projects in the contracts department ranging from the first steps to develop a document retention policy to creating and administering sharepoint administration sites for interdepartmental processes.

Administered contracts and created new processes for an electronic and transparent administration and approval processes.

Acted as a liaison between clients, attorneys and opposing counsel, read case files in order to assist clients with pertinent information, calendared for 2 attorneys and conducted legal and professional research.

Prepared and distributed legal correspondence, authored policies and procedures for the office, supported attorney with client communication and court preparation.

Executed monthly audits of scanned claims, supported field representatives and created and maintained reports pertaining to claims, monitor reports, regulations, and provider needs.
