Manage recruitment and hirings covering new Brazil regions growth, for internal and external sales area, including mapping new market as well as customer analysis. Give support to leaders from Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo, since hiring processes, promotions, transfers, people development, trainings, until termination.Improved the selection process in place to hire a new team of external sales in São Paulo, including the following fases: HR Interview; Project elaborated by candidate about local market and Business Leader interview; Simulation of his/her daily work and final interview. This new process made it more dynamic and with employees more fulfilled after starting their jobs with the company, resulting in a decrease of turnover in 4%;Hired an entire team of internal sales, within different levels in Rio de Janeiro. This project lasted 4 months with an average of 12 hirings per month;Hired 48 employees in São Paulo during 2 months plus restructured all hiring process for external sales. Overcame the goal, which was 37 hirings during 3 months;Worked together monthly with managers from each city of my area to analise performance, sales results in order to provide trainings, development actions, and at last terminations, if necessary;Leaded the start up of Centro Oeste region (Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Rondônia), initially studying their market and after attracting all potential talents, showing to them the company culture and values;Restructured the internal recruitment process, prioritizing candidate profile review, including current position, performance and behavior competencies. The transition to new positions are now better planned, in order to not leave behind the older position without deliveries, plus managing expectations with new area position.

Support all HR activities in Macae.Raised awareness of overtime system throughout the entire leadership. Previously, overtime was not managed and resulting in unnecessary extra costs, sometimes paying as overtime more than employees own monthly salaries. Analyzed all employees control sheets to point inconsistencies done on daily basis and not verified by leaders during 6 months. It resulted in a reduction of half of overtime paid;Established, with our trainee team, a new GE Oil & Gas trainee program aiming the exchange of experiencies among us. Also, organized planned coaching meetings between managers and trainees.Worked as an informal internal audit with the quality team guidance. Revised business processes in order to align them to the ISO9000.

Support all HR activities in Operations area.Managed trainees contracts with external vendor (CIEE), giving support to managers in elaborating profile, hiring, renewing, evaluation and termination;Controlled all hiring processes with HR Service Center;Organized all logistics for welcome new employees.
