The Brooklyn Kitchen is a multi-faceted food lover's mecca: part kitchenware store, green grocer, butcher shop and cooking school. As orders department head, I was responsible for the design and implementation of best practices to ensure clear communication between departments in order to provide efficient service and stellar customer satisfaction.Additionally, during my time at The Brooklyn Kitchen, I managed our partnership with Food52's Provisions webstore and our gift registry department, conducted product demos and assisted as sous-chef in the culinary education department.
