CurrentFounded in 1975, Valley RFC is one of Hong Kong's leading multi-faceted sports club featuring, mens, womens and youth Rugby, Hockey and Netball teams.Samantha is a thought leader responsible for providing strategic direction and directing the growth, operations and development of the Club. Reporting to the Board and to the Membership, she is accountable for ensuring the organisation is capable of delivering outstanding services to its member, partners and the wider community.She will build strong working relationships with existing stakeholders and oversee and manage the creation of new sponsorship and partnership packages that aid with growing and developing the Club. She will create new innovative revenue streams that support the club's growth strategy and oversee the Clubs budgeting and financial management. She will also source the right playing and coaching talent and leaders in their sport to support the various Club's sports teams to ensure the Club are providing a meaningful experience for all teams.
