-Responsible for all organizational change management activities for a 14-institution Workday Student deployment. -Project manager for the implementation of WalkMe to assist UA System employees better utilize Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.

- Lead change management strategy and activities for the Workday Student implementation for 16 institutions, slated to begin go-lives in 2023 and continue in to 2025.- Functional lead for the Workday Learning module to provide Workday, compliance, and professional development training to 32,000+ employees. Implemented Workday Extended Enterprise Learning in January 2023 for 3,000+ UAMS medical students to be able to complete crucial compliance training.- Developed and implemented change management strategies and plans for the HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain Workday implementation at 21 UA System institutions, including an academic medical center, four-year institutions, two-year colleges, and research units. Institutions were arranged into three cohorts, with go-lives in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

-Plan and execute change management activities for 21 institutions in the UA System to implement Workday for HCM, Finance, Adaptive Planning, and Supply Chain Management.

- Oversee freshman commuter persistence initiatives through one-day and semester-long programming each fall, continually adapting and expanding the programs. Initiatives range from peer mentoring programs, post-orientation resource refresher events, and virtual communications programs. Created a bi-lingual retention-oriented event for freshmen commuters and their families, in partnership with Diversity Affairs, in April 2016 to cater specifically to Hispanic first-generation students.- Piloted a virtual communication texting program for Spring 2018 freshman commuters, sending targeting messages to subsections of the cohort based on college, GPA, and scholarship attainment, through a web-based messaging platform. - Coordinate communication and marketing efforts to off-campus undergraduates by overseeing an electronic weekly newsletter that is sent to 15,000+ undergraduates, the department's social media presence, and direct mailings, when appropriate. Represent the department by presenting at orientations, information fairs, and community engagement events. Create and distribute all printed and electronic signage relating to transitioning to living off campus. Create materials in Adobe Creative Suite. - Created a commuter student handbook, titled "Guide to Living Off Campus" in print and online versions yearly since 2014. Sold and placed ads in the publication to offset its cost.- Supervise two graduate assistants who assist in programming and marketing efforts.

- Managed projects related to off-campus student housing and tenant education. Planned and executed two off-campus living fairs per year, with over 25 vendors and 500 attendees. Hosted bi-monthly meetings for off-campus property managers to maintain a positive relationship between the University and student housing complexes and educate them on campus resources for student residents. -Developed a multi-tier sponsorship program for off-campus properties that generated revenue in excess of $5,000 in FY15 and $16,000 in FY 16 to supplement departmental initiatives.-Oversaw budgeting and projecting the line items of advertising and promotional items in the departmental budget, totaling $5,000 per year.

-Managed projects relating to off-campus student housing and tenant education for an undergraduate commuter student population of just over 15,000.-Coordinated efforts to communicate with commuter students through a weekly MailChimp newsletter, social media and digital and printed signage. -Meet with students individually about the transition to living off campus and landlord/tenant issues. Presents to various student groups about off-campus life. -Collaborated with campus departments and city agencies to create programs and services that benefit commuter students. -Represented the department at various local, regional, and national meetings; including the Northwest Arkansas Apartment Association, the American College Personnel Association, and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
