For my Senior project at Seattle University, I worked with F5 Networks to build a client-server application to aid in intelligently routing customer service requests. I designed and built a new algorithm that considers 20+ unique fields of data to route customer service requests to the correct support engineer.

I worked on the incubation product team for Microsoft Reflect, a tool to help students reflect on their social and emotional well being. I planned and operated a customer private preview program and used customer feedback to create new features, including working with design to design the first Teams integration interface.

I worked with the Seattle University Department of Philosophy on research centering around the ethical considerations intrinsic to routine decision-making and how they apply to artificial intelligence. With a particular focus on autonomous vehicles, this research has implications for not only the technology sector but also public policy and broader societal ethics.
