My education, work experience and personal interests make me the perfect candidate for roles such as: Program Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Systems Administrator, Administration and other related fields. My entire work experience has developed through roles in Hospitality, Customer Service, Assistant Manager at a small business, Sales and Marketing, Consulting and currently in Information Technology. My extensive experience and growth have prepared me to be a great leader -- adaptive, open-minded and diligent. At my current place of work, I manage multiple projects to execute my duties which takes careful coordination with people in various departments and of various levels of leadership. My communication and people skills, desire for efficiency and can-do attitude allow for productivity without compromising integrity and probability.While I have accumulated a lot of knowledge over my academic and working career, I remain teachable and willing to learn new things to improve and add to my skills. I am not afraid to step up to lead projects and find out what works and what doesn't. When I lead, I do so with a collaborative and humble mindset -- always open to input on how I can improve my work. Yet, I know my value and I am confident in proven methods. I often succeed with little guidance and can be quite resourceful. I like to support and encouraging others to step up to opportunities as well. I have good intuition about when to lead and when to follow, which allows me to work well in team settings; though I remain responsible and accountable for all my own work first and foremost. Most of my working career has been rooted in Service (officially or unofficially) - building mutually beneficial, authentic relationships with clients and peers.
