Divisional Director - Iqpc Exchange
CurrentDirect management of production unit within IQPC Exchange. Responsibilities include: - Expansion and development of UK Exchange business into European and US markets - Setting strategy for all Exchange portfolios including OPEX and Business Transformation, AI, Digital Marketing and Transformation, Insight and Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Enterprise Mobility, CX and HR Transformation- Full ownership of production across all Exchanges; direct management of producers, management of product quality and Exchange sponsorship and delegate campaign planning and execution, on-site management of all Exchanges and delivery to all customers- Launch Exchange topic and event risk validation, all production strategy and planning, sponsorship campaign strategy, delegate strategy, marketing and brand strategy- Full business P&L oversight with full revenue, cost and overhead responsibility - Recruitment and training of all Exchange producers - Working closely with wider senior management team to set company strategy and exceed targets
