Efficaciously designs, develops and facilitates power-skill trainings and technical trainings to employees of Prime and contracted companies, increasing both employee and consumer satisfaction; Creates and implements new learning curriculums and leads train-the- trainer sessions for other department trainers. Served as the Central Office Training Manager – managed the Central Office training program planning, scheduling, design, and delivery for 900+ Central Office employees. Designed and delivered an array of courses and learning opportunities (in-person, virtual, webinar, web-based content for online learning, etc.) Assisted in the management of the agency’s learning management system, consisting of 10,000+ trainings for approximately 5,700 statewide employees. Provided customer service to employees needing assistance with any issue regarding training. Provided customer service and support to District trainers and training managers throughout Florida. Created and updated trainings that were used by all district training staff and disseminated new information and trainings through SharePoint or the Statewide Training Team OneNote. Oversaw and facilitated the Department’s annual statewide Individual Training Plan process and Provider Office Meeting. Participated in the design, facilitation, and delivery of the Department of Transportation’s Road to Leadership Program. Designed and delivered team building and organizational culture workshops. Taught Core educational subjects in self-contained classrooms at the elementary and middle school levels to students with varying disabilities at Title I schools. Supervised and delegated classroom duties (i.e., instruction, behavior management, classroom logistics, etc.) to a team of three instructional paraprofessionals. Created and implemented lessons that emphasized life skills, social/emotional skills while ensuring alignment with federal and state education standards. Designed and delivered learning activities and materials to supplement standard curriculum, when appropriate. Provided academic, social, and emotional support to students with varying disabilities to ensure educational success and growth, social inclusion, and a high quality of life. Developed and implemented Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Transitions Individualized Education Plans (TIEPs) for all students educated in my classrooms.
