As a consultant and senior developer of specialized training solutions that maximize learning outcomes, I work directly with each of my clients in the front to back instructional process design. I identify clear learning outcomes and design optimal training experiences that meet business needs. Some key achievements include:• By capitalizing on my deep instructional design (ISD) expertise I was able to leverage e-learning platforms in the seamless transition from traditional learning methods to innovative digital solutions.• I was the Project Manager and Quality Assurance Strategist for "done-for-you-online" courses which were utilized by online coaches and consultants; these courses were key supports in the increase of revenue streams by 75%.• I aligned a team of five remote members in monitoring clients' online public relations, managed social media, and created blogs and innovative vlog content, notably improving client visibility by 50%.• I directed revenue and expenditure tracking for $75K+ in compliance with federal tax laws.• I led the design of a psychiatrist training program that created virtual learning and practice patient interfacing opportunities, which was a key aid in the development of critical skills.

• Helping clients build a strong connection with their target market to increase revenue and provide a strong ROI.This was a multifunctional role that encompassed Social Media Management, Instructional Design, and Digital Marketing operations. I developed the training, including directing needs assessment, feedback and prioritization processes, instructional design and stakeholder communications. Some key achievements include: • I managed revenue and tracked expenditures of $35K+ remaining fully compliant with federal tax laws.• I created and launched a 3-day in-person training course for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), I designed presentation materials and instructor and student manuals that were employed by 10+ national instructors.• As a Project Manager for FEMA and Design-Build projects, I guided a multimedia team in executing course deliverables, meeting all budget, timeline, and subprime contract requirements.

Here, I directed instructional design team efforts to develop and build blended learning content for business needs. Some key achievements include:• I authored Student Manuals, Instructor Guides, and assessments for instructor-led training courses.• I storyboarded courses across multiple modules and lessons for electronic presentations.• I built Virtual Reality programs that bolstered crane operator’s skillset and safety focus.• I developed shareable content object reference model (SCORM) compliant eLearning courses for multiple learning management system programs.

• Design new curriculum for world history course congruent with Pennsylvania and state standards of learning as well as common core requirements. • Generate assessments based on state standardized tests and advanced placement test to measure how students will perform on future state tests, such the keystones.• Identify and collect cost-effective multi-media resources, including high profile speakers.• Teach Cornell notes, concept mapping and outlines to enhance retention of material.• Establish daily objectives and make adjustment based on student learning styles.• Use formative evaluations to track teaching progress through daily evaluations and feedback to determine whether re-teaching or remediation must occur. • Train teachers and other facilitators on best practices, learning assessments, and analysis of student data to as a means of implementing change to curricula.• Mentored 3 new teachers across multiple disciplines.
