Created and maintained partnerships with corporate teams to help close the gap between retail and corporate channels by facilitating and supporting multiple pilots and "One Apple" projects that allowed teams to cross train and further strengthen both areas. Truest passion was found in leading diverse employees and teams to potential through open communication and consistent connection meetings to create and execute plans for success.

As Apple Retail grew, the need for innovation provided an outlet for my love of people and strategy. Successfully ran a mentor group to support learning and career development on a peer to peer basis. Pioneered roles such as Personal Shopping Specialist, Expert, and Trainer, helping to define each role and elevate its reach. Upon taking the Expert role, completed a succession plan to train a new on-boarding training facilitator who went on to become an NSO trainer for Apple. Proud to have been selected to perform as Holiday Support Lead for Holiday 2011 and 2013, creating and implementing holiday peak season strategies. Collaborated across stores and markets and consistently ranked top in sales and satisfaction scores across the entire market.
