I was responsible for designing and building emails we sent out on behalf of our clients at Senior Living Communities nationally to their prospective buyers, reporting on the performances of those emails and actively communicating with the Client Services team to enhance user/buyer experience with email marketing standards. I wrote and published blogs for many of our clients and sent out accompanying emails. I also started to work on SEO for our clients on the back end (tracking keywords, adding keywords, comparing competitors and learning how to move sites up farther in ranks). The systems I worked with are as follows: Total Integration 2, Workamajig, Emfluence, Wordpress, Authority Labs, Photoshop, Excel and Powerpoint.

I was contracted to help with filing and managing Accounts Payable for the time I was there, making cold calls to collect debts and I also acted as an administrative assistant - reorganizing filing for the Client Services and Accounting team. I worked a great deal with different accounting systems, including Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Responsible for opening and closing the store, handling deposits and keeping daily sales book up to date, organizing visual merchandising and loss prevention / bank reports. Always had two-three people working under me every shift, and coaching them was a must. Worked multiple 13-hour days. Responsible for supplies orders and counting inventory, as well as checking in new shipment and filing it appropriately in the back room. Very customer service oriented. Ran other Journey’s stores in the area when manager assistance was needed; ran my store with part time help for a month when the manager was away.
