Works in implementing a corporate due diligence framework as a service to Member companies to work towards a responsible supply chain. Working closely with the Executive Director across a range of functions, including strategically driving stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications on sustainability programmes, and sector-initiative working groups focused on key producer countries - South Africa and Colombia. • A key aspect of this role is member engagement, strengthening relationships and being a key point of contact for sustainability topics. Responsible for working with members on topics including sustainability reporting, just transition, building country expertise, monitoring producer actions and improvements, developing relationships with key stakeholders such as community groups, local and INGOs, and strategically creating and driving a work plan that supports their goals.• Regular reporting and presentation to the organisation’s key decision-makers including Board of Directors and Programme Committees, composed of sustainability managers and traders in large European utilities. Supports strategic development and building of the organisation to new sectors. Keeps the team up to date with increasing EU and UK supply chain regulations and standards best practice.

• Leads on the organisation's country working groups - currently active for our networks in Colombia and South Africa - planning engagement programmes, building relationships, project managing deliverables and building in-country expertise.• Creates high quality communication pieces for the organisation, across the website, newsletters, LinkedIn, presentations, annual report, webinars, and country working groups. • Covers internal and external communication, ensuring effective communications with members and the producer network. • Managing the collection of the annual reporting on members coal buying practices – the ‘Members' Implementation and Reporting Obligation’.• Building partnerships, initiatives and joint work programmes with key organisations. • Leading group sessions and webinars, reaching out to potential organisations to build relationships and attending conferences and industry-relevant webinars, to create a flow of knowledge amongst the team on the latest best practices, debates and challenges in ESG/sustainability activities.• Key projects: Planned an engagement programme in Colombia in September 2022 meeting a variety of stakeholders including producers, labour unions, community groups, business organisations, and ambassadors. Also managed the production of a risk assessment report over 2023 of a key prioritised area.

• Draft communications for press releases, marketing material, website and app content and updating the website regularly with news and other information.• Liaise with local and provincial media to announce press releases, arrange ads and promotions, coverage of the festival, and artist interviews.• Manage advertising and promotions strategy, purchasing and delivery.• Manage all social media accounts.

• Write compelling content for a lobbying campaign, including press releases, letters to elected representatives and the Health Minister of the NWT, articles, Q&As, talking points, and other written material.• Create, design and execute a targeted social media marketing campaign and strategy.• Create engaging content across all social media channels, ensuring that the MANWT tone of voice is consistently maintained, to increase brand awareness.
