In my transition to Vice President, I've taken on additional functionalities in strategic planning, developing and executing new business initiatives in addition to my Marketing, Business Development, Decorator, and Merchandiser roles.

As the creative director I took over the lead buying, merchandising & strategic planning roles within the company.

•Manage Outside Sales Team calling on Apartment Properties, Realtors, and Apartment Locators•Lead on business development activities with corporations, HR departments, relocation companies, corporate housing companies and more. •Design & Install Home Stagings for homes ranging from $150k - $3MM+ including all furniture, art, and accessories placement.•Junior Buyer for all inventory. Attend multiple furniture and accessories markets throughout the year, and sort through hundreds of lines and thousands of product to determine new product selection.•Develop training and systems across all departments•Assist with inside sales in the showroom as needed.•Head all marketing efforts and develop multi-platform marketing campaigns utilizing social media, television, print and more. •Successfully re-designed Hoffer Furniture website to a responsive website, while overcoming challenges due to back end constraints. •Launched a re-brand of the Hoffer brand, updating logo, colors, uniforms, signage and more. •Responsible for graphic design for all internal and external marketing and sales utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.

As the Marketing Coordinator for Hoffer Furniture, I was responsible for executing Hoffer Furniture's marketing initiatives and spearheading their foray into digital marketing through the re-launch of their social media presence. My first large project was to rebrand to give Hoffer a fresher, more modern look. Day to day activities included: social media content creation, dissemination and monitoring, graphic design & copywriting for flyers and promotional items, reporting to the CEO on marketing activities.
