Working on a major organisational design project, restructuring several large areas of AXA Wealth. Advising HR Business Partners on redundancy, legal and change procedures and reporting MI. Writing and producing redundancy paperwork. Project planning. I was heavily involved in the closure of the Bancassurance arm of the business, working closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior Managers in delivery.

Managing recruitment of Bancassurance sales advisors end to end. Recruiting for all area's of the UK. Responsible for sourcing candidates, the Co-ordination of interviews and assessments and assisting the Partners in all day to day administration.

Recruiting temporary, permanent and contract staff for the Commercial sector, with a particular focus on not for profit and public sector organisations.

Worked alongside the Senior Industrial consultant, managing existing contracts. Sourcing suitable candidates, interviewing and placing into roles. It was here that I sucessfuly set up a catering desk within the company, recruiting catering staff for many high profile companies such as Aston Villa football club, Birmingham City football club and the NEC amongst others.

Assisted in the day to day running of a large City Centre Mobile Phone store. Serving and offering advice to customers on suitable phones and contracts for their needs. Stock taking and cashing up daily. I was promoted to Acting Store Manager for a time, training new members of staff who would then go on to run the new Flagship Bullring Store in Birmingham.
