Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a Customer Support expert in the B2B SaaS industry, with two and a half years as a Customer Support Specialist and four years as a Customer Support Team Lead. I'm bilingual (Spanish) with notable experience solving complex issues for SMBs+ in North America, Latin America, Spain, and beyond. I'm known for my cutting-edge focus on acheiving customer satisfaction through genuinely empathetic communication. I raised the bar for NPS/CSAT expectations for HubSpot's LatAm-based customers in 2021 via my performance, and we've never looked back! I served as the founding Customer Support Team Lead for HubSpot's LatAm region, and helped build the location from the ground up, having onboarded and later worked with the first ever support reps in that region. I've helped our LatAm Support team grow from five people to nearly 200 in five years, and have onboarded and coached hundreds of new hires while exceeding Time To Ramp goals. Every summer since 2018, I take time out of my day job to spend two and a half weeks as a Resident Assistant at the Governor's Institute of the Arts, where I work tirelessly with my committed team to provide a life-changing experience for well over a hundred 15-17 year old artists from all over Vermont. Serving this community is one of the most special parts of my life, and I spend this time every year fully immersed in connecting with students deeply, providing learning opportunities, ensuring safety, and fostering the confidence of these amazing and talented teens as they grow into powerful and impactful adults who will make a difference in this world.
