I currently serve as an HR Business Partner at Texas Instruments Richardson Fab, supporting the world’s first 300 mm wafer factory dedicated to Analog Technology.I support both non-exempt and exempt employees as well as indirect and direct labor while partnering with factory leaders to solidify and execute both short and long term strategies to hire, develop, and retain top talent. Additional aspects of my role include assisting with talent & performance management, helping with resource planning, managing employee relations issues, and being a thought partner for leaders. I am an advocate for diverse hiring, hiring for potential, and mentorship. I seek to provide creative, insightful, and efficient solutions to my partners and team as well as place high importance on employee advocacy. Prior to this role, I was in the Talent Acquisition space for 3 years where I gained direct hiring, full life-cycle recruiting, and business development experience in legal, accounting & finance, retained staffing, and engineering.
