Samantha leads KeyMe's customer experience inclusive of the customer lifecycle, customer communication, paid marketing and the KeyMedia digital out of home advertising platform. She is focused on creating and optimizing customer experiences that lead the industry and that deliver value to customers, retailers and advertisers across the 6,000+ (and growing) KeyMe locations. Prior to joining KeyMe Samantha spent 14 years in client leadership at some of the largest media agencies including OMD, Havas and Mindshare. Her career started in paid search and performance based media which developed her passion for data driven marketing. As her career expanded, she continued to integrate data and technology within all aspects of media planning, buying and measurement to exceed business objectives. She has strategically led and driven success in paid media and integrated marketing for Fortune 500 brands both in the US, China and globally. While the majority of her career has been in Chicago, Samantha led Digital Strategy across China for OMD while living in Shanghai for nearly 3 years. This unique experience allowed her to embrace the rapid pace of marketing, media and technology environment of China with the strategic and data centric lens that she brought from the US. That combination proved powerful in the development of global brands locally within the China market and then globally.
