Currently working as a functional analyst at Degroof Petercam in the digital team.Before that I was a Project lead for digital projects at MediaMarkt Belgium.Previously I was working for Agilis SPRL founded in the beginning of 2013, the startup is dedicated to digital solutions. I worked on different concepts as N1GHT.com, Click chat boum, Kultivo.Until March 2014 I was working for Sony Europe as Web-merchandiser/ Project coordinator (e-commerce). I developed my organizational, my negotiation & management skills in this role. I liked to hold projects from A to Z and to analyze results in order to understand the success of a campaign. Develop and improve consumer’s shopping experience to ensure loyalty and sales increase was one of my goals. The consumer experience (Online or Offline) is a big matter for me. It is the brand essence that will construct the brand image. It is also important to create a homogenous communication in each channel that the company will use. Thanks to my thesis and my positions at Sony Europe and Pandora I know that understanding consumer needs is the key in Marketing.
