The role of welfare is to support students by coordinating student support sessions. The welfare representatives decide what these will be – these often include relaxing or fun activities. Welfare reps are also in charge of running midwife and student midwife of the month.Additionally, welfare have been doing motivational Mondays.

After only a few months at Apple the Business Manager identified my skills for B2B and effective probing, and asked me to join the business desk for 40 days of business, an in store career experience. After 11 months with the business team I returned to the shop floor sales team as a part of extended business support. Within this role I used my knowledge of internal systems and services to help the customers with business needs to get the best they could from Apple and the products.

Held the main administrative role within a team of 4 technicians running the school's computing needs.Mainly PC based across Windows '98 - Windows 7 platforms, OSX server too.PC repairs, student and staff enquiries, troubleshooting, projector setups, audio setup.Mircosoft office troubleshooting.
