Current- Oversee daily operations of whole company- Interviewing and hiring individuals for the company- New employee paper work- Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable- Maintaining Quickbooks- Reviewing and submitting all incoming bills- Organization of all incoming receipts and bills being paid out- Depositing checks- Preparing end of year financial reports- Preparing monthly and weekly financial reports for Owners- Ensuring the overall success of the company is maintained
