Strategized and executed e-retail tactics to enhance the consumer experience and drive sales.•Analyzed Lactaid CRM data in order to develop a new CRM strategy to increase the unique open rate by 5.5% and click through rate by 2%.•Managed cross functional teams in the implementation of the Bazaarvoice ratings and reviews program in order to gather over 400 reviews for digestive health products.•Led agency in the creation of a digestive health retail toolkit in order to facilitate easier creation of consumer promotion by expediting the regulatory, legal, and creative processes, and cutting the workload from customer requests by 50%.•Developed and implemented e-retail strategies for brands across the digestive health and CCFS/Visine franchises; including leading teams in developing new e-retail banners, implementing “where to buy” links, and making optimizations on current brand websites.
