I am the Director of Operations for the Institute to Promote Athlete Health & Wellness at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. As a member of my high school’s women’s golf team, I have a keen interest in the health and well-being of student-athletes and am interested in evidence-based methods to deliver effective online athlete health and wellness programming. Living in North Carolina, I take advantage of the climate to share my love of being outdoors and being active with my husband Brad and three sons, Porter, Beau, and Rhodes.
