Supporting primary and secondary students in developing core academic skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. I work with students across all subjects, but with a particular focus on Mathematics and English (reading and writing skills), to achieve their learning goals. Working with students one on one allows me to tailor their learning experience to their personal strengths. As a tutor, one of my greatest privileges is seeing my students grow in confidence as they learn and thrive!

Working as a research assistant through the School of Political Science as part of the Election Study and Big Data voting project.

Coordinating care support for vulnerable New Zealanders, empowering them to live as independently as possible in their own home. My role involved managing enquiries from external stakeholders (clients, their whanau, and funders) and internal stakeholders (support workers and service delivery teams) and coordinating between groups; Coordination of services between support workers and clients; Rostering cover to ensure clients received the support they needed. I was required to problem solve under pressure whilst simultaneously coordinating between parties in order to ensure clients received the care they needed.
