- Design and produce marketing animations, renderings, websites, mobile apps, and VR experiences for the real estate industry- Manage multiple projects at a time in a rapidly changing environment- Efficiently direct the coordination of information between the client and international production teams- Assist with the development of virtual reality experiences- Lead and assist delivery of projects- Mark-up, annotate and Q/C assets and deliverables

- Provide high level support to C-level executive leadership including complex calendar management, travel and expense coordination, marketing tasks, and project management.- Create and maintain central calendar for team to include all corporate events, major business activities, and employee time off- Collaborate with sales and development teams to maintain Sharepoint sites, Microsoft Teams sites and channels- Facilitate team meetings, events and off-sites, including meeting logistics, and catering- Document and implement changes to policies - Provide back-up support to the Sales Team and Creative Team, including performing the Creative Lead role from start to finish on rendering and animation projects- Track accounts payable / receivable and bimonthly payroll- Key point of project launch and close- HR management including employee onboarding and termination
