• Completed 45+ donor visits across the US in FY17 to recruit volunteers, execute participation events, solicit leadership gifts and move donors into the major giving pipeline.• Recruits, trains and supports class volunteers to promote reunion class giving and leadership gift society membership. - Broke college records for the FY16 60th reunion, for both dollars raised and number of leadership gift donors, by working closely with class volunteers. The class also set the highest participation rate among all reunioning classes in FY16. - Secured in FY17 a $20,000 matching gift, and worked with a volunteer committee to set the highest participation in a 20th reunion in over 30 years with 58.5%.• Manages the student calling program, developing strategies and tactics to motivate student callers in reaching program goals. - Worked with campus partners to develop in house calling software, creating a more efficient program and eliminating significant vendor costs. - In the first year of management (FY15), the program experienced a 25% increase in average commitment size, and a 17% increase in average gifts. - In the second year, commitment sizes increased by a 22% (47% increase over FY14) and an 8% increase in the size of gifts (27% increase from FY14). Total dollar value of gifts and commitments also increased by nearly $50,000. - The program also operated on a budget decreased by 34% in fiscal year 2015 from the previous fiscal year, with a lowered investment of $0.18 to the dollar.• Worked with Seniors to create a fundraising campaign, including community events, to highlight the importance of philanthropy at Wellesley College. - After the first year of program management, Senior Gift broke college records for participation by reaching 85% and leadership giving with 56 new members from the senior class. - The second year of program management was another record setting year with 90% class participation.
