As a summer camp counselor, I took excellent care and responsibility of the children when taking them on their weekly off-site trips. I facilitated interactions between the third-party contractors leading activities will making sure the children were in a safe and fun environment. I also mentored volunteers by co-leading activities and evaluated their leadership potential to become future camp leaders.

With the recreation centre, I learned to negotiate with difficult customers/parents, while maintaining friendly relationships. I was also in charge of developing creative and unique lesson plans weekly, while communicating with colleagues to ensure an optimal experience for children.
