Based in Hong Kong I oversee our global business and UK based operations. Daioni Organic produces and distributes organic dairy products across UK, Middle East and Asia (including China). Daioni Organic strives to adhere to honest practices that respect people, the environment and organic communities.I led the company mission and objectives; defined and embedded our culture; developed brand and overall customer proposition. I fundamentally evolved every part of the business implementing systems and processes across; finance, board reporting, operations management, sales, marketing and NPD. Alongside this I recruited and onboarded a global team across, UK, Hong Kong and China, bolstering much needed specialisms and capacity to a rapidly growing business.I defined our commercial strategy including the development and launch of new products, customer proposition and integrated brand approach. I was successful in winning key flagship accounts: Marks and Spencer, WH Smiths, as well as ongoing commercial negotiations with other international retailers.

Numerous one off and retained consulting projects including: proposition development for brand consultancy; go to market strategy for a retail consultancy; and a thought piece on ‘how to bring entrepreneurship to Hong Kong’.

Working for the fully integrated consulting division of iris worldwide, a global creative agency. As Director I was responsible for the growth, development & management of iris’s offering. Providing first class strategy consulting; combining insight, strategy, change & implementation disciplines. Supporting the development of valuable relationships between clients and their customers by blending commercial rigour, deep engagement and robust evidence. Clients included: Intercontinental Hotels Group, Samsung, Shell, Yodel, Johnson and Johnson, private equity clients as well as being account lead on Mövenpick.
