Handle multiple phone lines; Perform patient check in; Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances; Use an EHR to perform all appropriate job duties; Display excellent customer service skills; Train Medical Receptionists to perform job duties according to company protocol; Assist Billing in obtaining overdue balances from patients; Purge old records to ensure smooth service; Multi-task to complete all appropriate and assigned duties

Receive grocery list from customers; Carefully pick up the items on the list; Find replacement items for customer; Communicate with customer regarding changes to order and delivery requests; Resolve other issues with customer as needed

Engage with patients to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship that supports the patient's psychiatric recovery and mental health; Facilitate certain groups such as Nursing Core group; Goals/Community therapy groups as assigned and scheduled by the charge RN; Co-facilitate other groups with appropriate training/education, for example Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Facilitate patient one to one sessions providing and documenting interventions which assist the patients toward meeting Plan of Care (POC) treatment goals; Address and resolve patient issues when possible and refer issues to the patient's rights advocate as indicated; Utilize therapeutic interventions to manage crisis situations and management of assaultive and disruptive behaviors and promptly respond to patient's psychiatric and/or medical crisis; Assure all assigned duties are complete and documented each shift

Make referrals to address mental health and substance use needs; Provide behavioral health counseling aimed at identifying stressors and precursors leading to current situation or crises; Identify coping mechanisms and natural supports that may be available to client; Provide support to remain in home and community to avoid more restrictive living arrangement; and perform other job-related duties as assigned;Audit chart for OBH and CMS requirements/compliance
