• Design and supervise a pilot after school program for low income students• Work closely with school psychologists, social workers, family resource center coordinators, teachers, and families to design unique study plans and goals for each student• Supervise staff and volunteers and coordinate with Manchester Police Department’s PAR unit officers and therapy dogs• Create opportunities for students and their families to form positive relationships with Manchester police officers• Manage and submit quarterly budget reports for Community Development Block Grant funding, and manage and allocate private donations

• Create and organize community programs and events, working closely with the Department of Leisure, Families, and Recreation, Manchester Public Schools, the Department of Children and Families, Building Healthy Families, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Manchester Police Activities League, and other local organizations• Conduct and analyze survey data to assess the current needs of the community, create programs based on these needs• Grant writing, editorial writing, volunteer coordinating, networking, publicizing, webpage management, and administrative support
