Under administrative direction, this role requires the use of specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to build, analyze, and further develop an enterprise-level Policy Governance framework across Raymond James. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supports processes to develop, document, and distribute policy governance standards for the organization and ensures implementation and measurement of objectives.• Drafts, revises, edits and proofreads policies and policy documents such as procedures and standards. • Partners with compliance risk subject matter experts and business unit compliance officers across the enterprise to develop strategies for policy/procedures in respective risk areas.• Facilitates the rationalization and consolidation of policy documents across Raymond James.• Performs analysis to identify opportunities to assess policy revisions due to remediation of compliance issues, regulatory changes, or other assurance items that may require amendments.• Assists in the development of an appropriate suite of metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the compliance policy governance framework with regard to new policy implementation, regulatory obligations, policy exceptions, change management schedules, and modifications as required.• Assists with the maintenance of a centralized repository of policy documents and any related policy change management systems.• Participates in policy change management processes, serving as a liaison and advisor to policy owners.• Participates in the completion of large projects through their entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).• Develops processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely work flow.• Performs ad hoc analysis and assists in preparing materials.• Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
