Throughout my time in the company I currently work for, I have gained extensive experience while steadily progressing my skills in technology. I aspire to become a UX Designer. Currently working as a Configuration Analyst in Application Support for Information Services, it sparked that User Experience is the perfect fit for my career path. I have been diligent in doing research on the many skills necessary in order to continue my growth. My degree in psychology has been beneficial in learning behavior and being able to communicate and understand the potential needs of users for each project at hand. I have started servicing as a freelancer for branding development that strengthens my confidence for potential work within a new environment. Also continuing my practice in web and application development to enhance my knowledge in the UX world which exercises my creativity and problem solving skills. I am looking to break standards of the tech-world and continue to show women that we are capable of being in the STEM community. All in all, I am a versatile individual who is capable of adapting to new environments and challenges that will help build my character and experiences in the field that I am passionate about. I thrive under pressure and find innovative ways to increase efficiency and productivity in any working environment.
