• Schedule and confirm all candidate interviews by e-mail or in writing and by phone 24-48 hours prior to first interviews. Also, upon successful completion of the search, work with recruiter to close requisition, complete applicant tracking within Workday, document & close requisitions, and follow-up with all non-selected candidates in accordance with standard national process.•Administrative support duties including, but not limited to, creating and closing job files, drafting offer letters, sending correspondence to candidates, monthly reports, reconciling all charges related to recruiting, as well as coordinating the flow of candidate visits and interviews.•Coordinate closely with Recruiter to ensure attainment of the internal clients’ specific staffing needs from a quality, cost, time-to-fill and diversity perspective.•Work with Director of Recruiting and Recruiters in the preparation of required reports, metrics and other documentation.•Provide Executive Recruiting Coordination including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, facilitating an excellent candidate experience, drafting offer letters and submitting background checks/drug screens.•Provide College Recruiting Coordination including, but not limited to, completing event registrations/interview requests, coordinating event logistics and administrative projects.•Partner with HR, internal clients and recruiting team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs.

Process HR, Benefit and Payroll transactions in PeopleSoft and Workday including but not limited to new hires, pay increases, promotions, terminations, benefit enrollments, family status changes, direct deposits, general deductions, etc.Ensure transactions are entered accurately and in a timely manner.Administer employee benefit plans such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Wellness, and other programs as implemented.Support the payroll administration process including but not limited to time entry/capture, stop payments, garnishments, etc.Respond to HR, Benefit and Payroll questions via phone and email.Responsible for taking action to resolve issues with a high degree of accuracy, interfacing with HR Representatives, management and employees; as well as the other team members.Research and resolve data integrity opportunities.Provide functional support for HR Systems in areas such as learning management, performance management and annual compensation planning.Support team members from all functional areas.Identify, suggest, document and implement ongoing process improvements.Perform other duties as assigned.

The employment position at First Mortgage Company has allowed me to make our customers a number one priority. By working with individuals one on one, I am able to identify their needs, establish an action plan to address what they are looking for, and either help or direct them to the correct employee to assist them. Working with processors, closers, and loan officers is another beneficial part of my current position. Assisting others with projects and assignments allows me to learn several mortgage aspects and to establish rapport with my coworkers. Working alongside the HR Vice President helping with benefits has grown my knowledge in the field of work that I would enjoy to pursue in my future. Recently, I have become an Administrator of the NMLS Regulatory system. This allows me to work with Loan Officers in all of our locations which include: Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Idaho. Establishing positive coworker relationships is one of my favorite aspects about being an Administrator of the website.
