Registered associate marriage and family therapist with an MA (clinical psychology, trauma studies specialization) from Antioch University Los Angeles and a BA in political science/international relations from the University of California Santa Barbara. I work from a trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral lens while supporting clients dealing with disordered eating, body image challenges, depression, anxiety, sexual/domestic/intimate partner violence, grief/bereavement and a variety of other diagnoses in both individual and group settings. I am also presently pursuing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), equine-facilitated therapy (EFP) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) certifications.
