At the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), I led the launch of AEI Productions, a new video brand, with the support of a talented in-house team of video editors and additional remote production teams. Together, we play a central role in all of AEI's video projects, producing a wide range of content. Our collective success includes producing two short documentaries that were not only selected for over 17 film festivals across the nation but also garnered significant recognition.

As Deputy Director of Digital Production at the Federalist Society, I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's digital content strategy through video. I spearheaded the creation of FedSoc Films (now FedSoc Studios), a dedicated initiative that produced informative and engaging video content on legal and public policy issues.Fueled by a passion for clear communication, I wasn't just a leader – I was a hands-on creator. I conceived, developed, and produced a comprehensive library of over 150 short documentaries and animated films, wearing the hats of writer, director, and producer on numerous projects. My leadership extended beyond individual projects. I managed a team of talented creative professionals, including writers, editors, and animators. Providing clear direction and fostering collaboration was essential to ensure the films met the high standards we set.Innovation was a defining feature of my tenure. I led the development of two new video brands for FedSoc Studios: POLICYbrief and SCOTUSbrief. These platforms delivered numerous short animated explainers, making intricate legal and public policy topics accessible to a broader audience. I also created and launched BRIEFLY: A FedSoc Review, a series that transformed recently published law review articles into dynamic animated explainers. Recognizing the increasing demand for concise, engaging content, I produced dozens of No. 86 videos, a unique series offering continued legal education beyond the classroom.Unwilling to settle for the status quo, I consistently pushed the boundaries of FedSoc's digital offerings. In 2021, I took the lead in launching and hosting 'The FedSoc Films Podcast,' broadening audience engagement with legal and public policy discussions. Through these initiatives, I significantly enriched FedSoc's digital content library with a diverse range of video productions, cementing FedSoc Films as a premier source of legal and public policy content.

Samantha was the Producer of the SCOTUSbrief and POLICYbrief series at the Federalist Society. Samantha was responsible for production on these two shows, in addition to our brand videos, overseeing the pre/post-production timelines, serves as Associate Producer on select short films, assisting in keeping the digital team on track for project completion. Samantha also tracks production budgets and assists in developing content, storyboarding, and all aspects of post-production for longer narrative projects FedSoc Films.Founded in 1982, the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a group of conservatives and libertarians dedicated to reforming the current legal order. We are committed to the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be. The Society seeks to promote awareness of these principles and to further their application through its activities.

At FPI, I played a key role in shaping the Foreign Policy Initiative's public profile and engagement strategy. I spearheaded the development and execution of a comprehensive external affairs plan, fostering connections with a wide range of stakeholders. This included building strategic partnerships with think tanks, diplomatic communities, and relevant organizations, significantly expanding FPI's reach and influence.My responsibilities encompassed various aspects of program and event management. I oversaw the successful development and implementation of two professional development programs designed to equip foreign policy professionals in Washington D.C. and New York with valuable training opportunities. Additionally, I planned and executed FPI's annual forum, a major event featuring prominent speakers. My meticulous management ensured a successful and impactful gathering, solidifying FPI's position as a leading platform for critical discussions.Furthermore, I spearheaded membership engagement initiatives. I cultivated a vibrant and engaged membership base by developing programs like the monthly salon dinners featuring distinguished foreign policy scholars. These dinners provided a forum for dialogue and fostered thought-provoking discussions on pressing international affairs issues. Through these combined efforts, I significantly strengthened FPI's public engagement and cemented its role as a central hub for the foreign policy community.

At AEI, I led the coordination and management of hundreds of chapter events for a national organization dedicated to American history and political thought. My primary responsibility was ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for members across the country. This involved overseeing the planning and execution of events for over 50 chapters, providing guidance and support on everything from speaker selection to venue logistics.Beyond chapter events, I served as a critical support system for the Executive Director. I assisted with managing program coordinators and spearheaded chapter development initiatives, ultimately contributing to the organization's national growth and effectiveness. Furthermore, I played a vital role in fostering a vibrant member community within the nation's capital. Through planning and executing diverse events in Washington, D.C., including private dinners, luncheons, receptions, and debates, I catered to the specific interests of the local membership base. My combined efforts strengthened member engagement across the country and solidified the organization's position as a central hub for American history and political thought enthusiasts.-Event planning: Manage macro-level event planning through facilitating and overseeing over 100 on-campus foreign policy events each semester and 200 per academic year; manage micro-level event planning in our national office through planning of professional events, both public and private, in Washington, D.C. each year, including our annual Student Leader Conference.-Programs: Plan events sponsored by the national office; planned and executed 3 annual Student Leader Conferences, bringing over 50 AHS leaders to Washington each June; coordinate travel, accommodations, and reimbursement of all participants-Chapter development: Assist with programming and promotion, counseling chapter officers, talent development, and student mentoring.
