CurrentOperations• Oversee and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to achieve strategic goals.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve performance.• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.• Coordinate office-related activities, such as meetings, events, and travel arrangements when necessary.• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Firm Growth and Development• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. • Manage external communications and media inquiries.• Maintain relationship with third-party marketing resources. • Support internal CRM updates and train staff how to use CRM.• Educate and support team of Client Success Specialists, Business Development Representatives and Managers. Human Resources• Update and manage organizational chart and structure.• Organize and set agenda for annual employee evaluations.• Maintain accuracy of payroll information in Paylocity.• Participate in and manage interview process for new potential hires.• Manage onboarding for new hires, ie computer request, account set-up, etc. • Develop salary structures and incentive plans.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Assist and enroll employees with benefits plans.• Maintain employee records.Executive Support• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks. • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings.
