CurrentWorking with assigned managers and departments, reviewing hiring needs. Developing and managing appropriate recruitment strategies and processes to identify talented 3D Artists, 2D Artists, and Technical talent. Establishing sourcing strategies to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key industry talent. Reviewing demo reels and resumes to ascertain candidates’ skills for qualification. Scheduling, facilitating and participates in all interviews. Ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws and practices during the recruitment process. Responsible for maintaining and updating candidate database. Coordinates, participates, and represents recruiting efforts at major conferences, schools and at professional organization events. Develops and manages special projects as needed or assigned.
