Human Resources Manager
Current* Recruit and interview potential employees* Complete all onboarding processing for new hires, orientation presentations, E-verify, creating employee files etc.* Complete all benefit presentations, enrollments, as needed and annually for employees. Work closely with insurance providers to understand each benefit to better explain to employees* Conduct annual safety trainings, maintain OSHA records, work closely with workers compensation provider as needed* Maintain employee time off requests, Short-Term disability claims and FML claims* Additional responsibilities as they arise
