Throughout my career I've had the privilege of helping others realize their potential and dreams. I've shared in their journey to leadership and championed them on to greatness. And while it may not seem connected at first glance, it is under role of administrator and teacher and the purpose of leadership I have weaved my career, progressing forward and upward. Each day, in each position, I coach others through my knowledge and experience of human resources/benefits, fiscal affairs, organizational leadership, and project management. I direct and show them how to seek out win-win solutions to their professional and personal challenges. I advise them of the best strategic approach to accomplish their wants and desires by focusing and centering them to use their strengths, gifts and abilities and the resources that surround them.
