Every nonprofit organization strives to make an impact – impact at the micro to macro level, transformation for the people they serve and progress for organizational goals. I seek to be the one who takes a program and make it a success for all.I help organizations develop, faciliate outreach, implement and evaluate programs that reach their intended audience with creativity, thoughtfulness and solid communication. Recently, I was a project manager at City Year Philadelphia, where I led a pilot program. The program encompassed coaching AmeriCorps Members in their classroom service, collaborating with site and HQ staff and developing academic focused trainings to increase AmeriCorps Members’ skills.Alongside that, as a long term Program Intern with FRIDA, I complete various projects where I analyze, write and develop program based components. This work also keeps me current with trends and challenges in feminist capacity and movement building. My specialties include leadership development, program evaluation, research, volunteer management, outreach and training facilitation.
