CurrentIn my role, I am dedicated to helping people with disabilities achieve their vocational goals. I provide personalized coaching in job readiness, including resume development, interview preparation, networking strategies, and job search techniques. I conduct both individual sessions and group workshops to empower our clients with the skills they need to succeed in today’s workforce.I also work closely with local businesses, building partnerships to create inclusive employment opportunities. This involves reaching out to employers, presenting on topics like disability awareness and hiring incentives, and advocating for our job seekers talents. I participate in community events, job fairs, and employer outreach activities, serving as a key point of contact between employers and qualified job seekers. Through this role, I aim to connect great talent with employers who value diversity, creating lasting opportunities for success.
