As a Senior Master Instructor for CycleBar Franchising my job is to recruit and train incoming cycling instructors for new and existing CycleBar studio locations. Currently holding the title of Mrs. Ohio American and set to compete in the upcoming Mrs. American pageant in August 2024, I am driven by a mission to utilize the state title to inspire countless individuals to pursue their aspirations. As the Development Manager for Dayton History, I coordinate and implement all development programs and activities to achieve the annual fundraising goals, work with the Director of Community Development, President and CEO, the Fundraising and Development Advisory Council, and the Bell Board. I develop and implement plans for individual gift programs, corporate sponsorships, memberships, and special fundraising events. My experience and job duties include:• Managing the membership database, Raiser's Edge, including all gift data, and ensuring records are kept accurately.• Assisting the Director of Community Developement in developing and implementing programs for retaining current members and for acquiring new members.• Creating Annual Fund appeals on an ongoing and timely manner.• Planning and implementing four major fundraising events annually – Dayton Fight Night, Dayton Heritage Festival, Dayton Concours d’Elegance and Ringing in the Holidays. • Coordinating other special events including cultivation events, member events, open houses, etc. to achieve fundraising and development goals.• Staff liaison for the Bell Board and Concours d’Elegance Committee, the volunteer planning committees for the annual fundraising events.

As the Development Associate for the Dayton Society of Natural History, I supported the overall Development Department. I worked with a team to develop strategies to increase fundraising in all areas including all levels of membership, annual fund appeal, grants, special events and project sponsorship. My experience and job duties include:• Coordinating with the Vice President of External Relations to evaluate and secure major gifts/sponsorship for special events, exhibitions, naming opportunities and other fundraising opportunities.• Implementing membership-related strategies and promotions to generate awareness for the Society’s membership program and move current members to higher membership levels/John B. Greene Society.• Planing, organizing and coordinating on-site General Member and John B.
