CurrentWhat I do - I help clients create meaningful change for their business and across their industry, largely through new product ideation. How I do it - my background (in journalism and graphic design) helps me take a design-thinking approach to new found skills like trend forecasting, Jobs theory and futures thinking to solve the stickiest of innovation challenges. By keeping the consumer at the center of innovation, I work alongside client teams to create new product or service solutions that are rooted in deep consumer tensions and needs. Aspects of my job include: trend aggregation, creating innovation platforms (areas of whitespace opportunity), planning and leading co-creation sessions (with consumers and/or industry experts), new product/service qualitative testing, new product/service optimization, writing new product/service concepts, creating new product illustrations and innovation (pipeline) planning.
