I'm all about helping people reach new heights, both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I've worked in various employability and business support roles spanning educational and business landscapes to help people discover their untapped potential, overcome challenges, and achieve their aspirations.By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, I aim to empower others to navigate their unique paths towards success, creating a ripple effect of positive change in both their lives and the broader community.I feel really fortunate to now work for the Jon Egging Trust (JET) as the Regional Manager for Cornwall where I can utilise all of my experiences to positively impact young lives in the region with social-emotional learning at the core of our approach. I firmly believe that nurturing skills like empathy, resilience, and self-awareness through experiential learning and coaching is paramount in shaping the future of our youth.
