•Lead and facilitate lectures about LGBT youth and suicide•Discuss the changing views and different aspects of gender and orientation•Assist with the setup and production of community dialogues and courses•Dialogues given throughout the community, including hospitals, social work agencies, religious communities, counseling associations, universities and high schools

•Provide individual, couple, co-parenting and family counseling for clients that are court-mandated or on probation/parole. Reasons for referrals include: domestic violence, anger management, sexual offender, sexual addiction, family reunification, substance use, etc.•Co-facilitated various groups: Medical Diagnosis Sex Offenders (Adults and Juveniles), Domestic Violence (Men and Women), Substance Abuse•Responsible for Mental Health Evaluations and Drug/Alcohol Testing•Built relationships with various case managers, referral sites and probation officers

•Provide individual, couple and family counseling. Clients are children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns, including: anger management, depression, anxiety, pre-marital counseling, family discord, self-esteem, etc. •Responsible for various tasks such as, initial referrals, telephone screenings and reporting concerns, such as domestic violence and neglect, to the Department of Children and Families•Partake in bi-weekly supervision sessions, individual and group, in order to discuss treatment plans and enhance clinical skills•Attend in-service trainings and seminars in order to gain clinical knowledge. Training topics attended include: suicide, engaging adolescents, substance abuse, trauma, psychopharmacology, transpersonal therapy, child abuse, 21st century parenting, among others
