My role was focused on increasing the company's visibility and media presence and enhancing its reputation as an expert in the IT Services field, whilst at the same time improving internal communications.My duties included:- writing and editing copy for articles, press releases, blog entries, the web;- placing editorial contributions in relevant print and online media;- managing and creating content for the company's blog;- organising interviews between journalists and spokespeople;- monitoring media requests and providing journalists with spokespeople for comment on relevant subjects;- conducting interviews to produce editorials;- issuing press releases;- internal communications channels such as the internal newsletters and intranet;- liaising with journalists and editors of target media.
