I am a graduate of San Diego State where I received my BA in Music Education in May of 2008. While attending San Diego State I studied a multiplicity of subjects which included everything from the psychology of music on the developing voice to discipline and classroom management. Throughout my college career I also worked full time in retail management where I gained extensive experience in management, customer service, and leadership. I have always held myself to the highest of standards in both the academic and professional arenas and now I would like to bring my knowledge and passion for learning and life to International schools.My ability to work as a team player, learn from every situation, and present innovative and efficient solutions to a wide variety of problems has no doubt lead to my success. I have spent hours developing my own instrument and how to utilize this skill in the classroom. I possess an outstanding ability to think on my feet and adapt to changing environments which results in practical solutions to complex problems. Based on my skills and background a classroom music teacher is clearly a positive move. I can offer a combination of extensive experience and proven results that will help your schools continue their success and positive image.I am an effective organizer and planner. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with other staff members at all levels and I am able to communicate effectively at any level necessary.
