Container Trades Statistics Ltd (CTS) is the exclusive agent of World Liner Data Limited (WLDL), promoting and selling data on its behalf. The WLDL database is derived from data supplied by many of the world's major container shipping lines. CTS uses the TEU data provided to estimate total trade volumes for 447 global trades. Some 700 Aggregated Price Indices are also available for Dry and Reefer containers.

Key Achievements:• Led team to secure a top five account (UK PLC retailer) by establishing trust, new relations and winning a multi-round tendering process.• Analytical expert overseeing creation of legal, finance, EDI documentation and contracts, with ability to negotiate.

Pivoting from E-Commerce to commercial business development, I restructured OOCL EU’s existing commercial team through new training, on-boarding and optimisation of processes, resulting in reduced delays and increased accuracies in forecasts, trade pricing.

With my successes in implementing E-Commerce projects across Europe, I was promoted to deliver the Pan-European E-Commerce strategy while serving as the focal point for enterprise applications including gathering requirements, risk mitigation, testing, optimisations, rollout, training, covering >800 IT end-users in 51 offices across 26 countries.Key Achievements:• Consolidated the Electronic Data Interchange and integrated with global commercial customer organisations, reducing delays and increasing efficiencies. • Introduced the Interactive Voice Response communications 2009, successfully automating specific processes and reducing costs significantly.

During the term of this role, I spearheaded a series of digitisation initiatives including the rollout of a new Pan-European customer web portal, marketing and sales processes, reporting lines and statistical analysis functions, modernising the organisation’s EU-end significantly. I also built a team of local experts focused on customer web account management.
